As a result of competition among 10 technicians from 5 distributors who participated in 2024 DEVELON Service Competition Oceania Regional Round, Clark Equipment's Robert Argall and AB Equipment's Luke George Busch achieved excellent results and were confirmed to advance to the finals.

Participants in the Oceania region were confirmed to have a good understanding of the basic mechanisms of the equipment. This competition was held successfully with 5 distributors from 4 countries actively participating for the first time. In particular, distributors from Australia and New Zealand demonstrated a high level of skills, and as a new attempt, DEVELON AR Guidance App was introduced, contributing to improving the technical capabilities of participants.

In the competition, 4 Challenge rounds and 4 Experience rounds were held over 2 days. Participants spent valuable time experiencing various service solutions and improving their technical capabilities.

The success of this competition was largely due to the dedicated efforts of those in charge of each round. In the Performance, Maintenance and Diagnosis session, most participants were confirmed to have a satisfactory

level of Machine Inspection, and in the DPMS-OIL session, interest in the oil program was very high, with participants asking many questions while experiencing sampling themselves.

In the AR Guidance session, DEVELON AR Guidance App was introduced for the first time, providing a new experience to participants. Through this, participants were deeply immersed in the test using the actual app. In Develon

Services, advanced technologies are being introduced, and there us a gradual advancement and digitization. In line with this global trend, Service Competition included these elements and received positive feedback.

Lastly, in the DPMS-Track session, participants were interested in being able to check the Wear Rate (%) and remaining lifespan while entering measurements on an Inspection Sheet. This experience is expected to be utilized

when receiving customer complaints in the field.

In future competitions, education on VBO equipment will be strengthened and the service contents introduced in each round will be continuously utilized.

Starting with this competition, we will actively proceed with the introduction of actual future global service programs and platforms, taking feedback from Oceania and other regions into account. In the future, regional qualifying rounds will continue in the LA, MEA, Asia, and Russia & CIS regions, and please stay tuned to see which dealers will advance to the Final round.
